I find it unacceptable for Charles to be yelling at Mike O'Brien from the sidewalk. O'Brien is right not to answer question's if the person can't have a conversation like mature adult and he has to stand behind his police force as Mayor. The fact is being Mayor doesn't mean he has any say ,he is figurehead nothing more and nothing less
