Charles is right. Filing motions is the way a party asks the court for relief or remedy. They should be supported with a sworn affidavit and evidence but judges are supposed to allow for self represented persons not knowing how to do this. This trouble is this judge is ignoring the obvious evidence before it. Where do we go from there? People have to just do their best - that is all we can do.
