A member of the Fredericton Police Force says officers are going against the Citizens Chartered Rights in the Capital!!!
.......and the Council support this????
I might add the Fredericton Police have the support of the Liberal Government???
Many innocent are in Jail and the Government DO NOT care!!!!

The FPF has the support of every GNB, regardless of which party is in power. The FPF were already corrupt in Shawn Graham's government, they continued to be corrupt in Alward's government and they will still be corrupt in 10 years time unless we keep pushing for change. ReplyDeleteJustice David Smith stated in his decision that Smiley's Charter rights were violated, by the unlawful arrests and four days if incarceration - and being subjected to a prosecution based on a flawed investigation are also section 7 and 15(1) violations. At least our delinquent police are being exposed finally - just imagine how many others have been similarly abused by the FP Farce. Brad Woodside needs to step down.
